Filing a notice

Counter‑notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notification. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person’s agent.
When we receive a valid counter‑notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. We may restore the material unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the activity.
Repeat infringer policy
We take repeat infringement seriously. Where appropriate, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access to services or features for users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Good‑faith use of this process
Please submit notices only when you have a genuine belief that your rights are being infringed. Submitting false or abusive notices or counter‑notices may have legal consequences.
